Valentina Oberemko, AiF: Girls, Mikhail Turetsky promised that everyone who comes to the Kremlin on December 27 and 28 will fall into a fairy tale. What kind of fairy tale will this be?

Olga Brovkina: In fact, we will also fall into this mysterious fairy tale, because we will be invited guests. And they keep everything a secret from us, as well as from the audience. This is a big intrigue! But from random sources, who just as randomly looked into our rehearsal room, we learned that the Turetsky Choir will perform a new repertoire. And we hope that with a few of our songs we will be able to decorate the evening and bring New Year's mood to this concert. We will not tell you exactly what songs we will sing, but we will definitely sing about the snow.

- Your team "SOPRANO Turetsky" appeared 5 years ago, it, like the Turetsky Choir, had 10 people, but only 7 remained. The rest could not stand it?

Daria Lvova: We must start with the fact that the selection to our team was announced on a significant day - March 8, 2009. About 300 girls came to it. There were three rounds, the competition was quite tough, the girls were constantly in suspense, because they did not know who would pass. They called someone and said: “You suit us”, someone didn’t call for a long time, and the girls were upset. After three tours we had 40 people left and we started rehearsing. This went on for three or four months. In addition to singing, we were engaged in choreography, fitness, did everything to become more beautiful and better. On November 27, 2009, the final line-up was approved, which included 10 people, and we flew on our first tour to Switzerland. Now there are 7 of us left - someone left, someone got married, someone just realized that this was not their way. The most resilient remained.

- Despite the fact that our society is considered progressive, in it every day men compete with women. How are you doing with competition?

Valeria Devyatova: What kind of competition can there be between a man and a woman? We are different beginnings, yin and yang. Therefore, we look at them and admire them. They are twice as old as us, more experienced than us, we learn what we can from them. Although, of course, the male half says that the female version of the choir is nicer, and ardent fans of the male choir, of course, are for them.

- That is, your fans are men, the Turetsky Choir has women?

Anna Korolik: In fact, I often hear that women really like us, so not only the stronger sex comes to our performances - fans of the Turetsky Choir also drop in.

- The boss, Mikhail Turetsky, does your half of his team make concessions? At least let him leave early from work, unlike his male subordinates?

Tamara Madebadze: He is quite strict in his work, but not a tyrant. He always has his own opinion and his own position. But sometimes we use our charms, and he, like a real man, gives in, softens, looking at us. Although there is one caveat. He works from morning to night and loves that others follow his example. So, if he came to us for a rehearsal, he would not let anyone go before.

- The work of the artist really involves employment 24 hours a day. Families don't protest?

Iveta Rogova: Used to. Everyone knows that this is our calling, our choice. Therefore, houses accept us as we are. Yes, we are already one family with the girls.

Being beautiful and singing great are things that can be quite combined. A striking example of this is the soloist of SOPRANO.

- When did your musical career start?

As a child, when I mastered folk wind instruments and piano. And it continued first at the Perm Regional College of Arts and Culture, and then at the RAM. Gnesins.

- How and when did you get to Mikhail Turetsky? Was it an accident or purpose?

I came to the casting on March 8th. In the first round she sang her author's song and two folk ones. I was very worried. They told me: “Thank you, we have a different format, pop-classic. If so, we'll call you." This is what usually happens when they fail. Frustrated, I left the audition room. At that moment, the future sound producer Sergei Kovalsky called out to me: “Anna, wait! I studied your profile, did you sing with Nadezhda Kadysheva and with Toto Cutugno? I replied, "Yes, it's true!"

Okay, prepare a pop song for the second round. Do you read from a sheet?

Yes, I read. RAM them. I am graduating from the Gnessins. Faculty of the DNKh (conductor of the folk choir).

They called me and invited me to the second round. Fortunately, I got into the top forty, then there was a long selection period. Mikhail Turetsky was present, several people dropped out every week. Six months later, twelve girls remained. Ten of them went to the first event in Geneva. Now we are six. These are those who went through fire, water and copper pipes!

- Where did you receive your musical education?

I am a graduate of RAM. Gnesins, before studying at one of the leading music universities in the country, she graduated from the Gnessin School, and also toured with the Great Children's Choir. Popov.

- Your personal style icon?

My personal style icon is Ornella Muti. And one of the sexiest women in the world is Monica Bellucci.

- Who are your main listeners - men or women?

Oddly enough, both men and women love us. Often even wives invite their husbands to our concerts. We are not just singing girls, we are, first of all, artists with a serious professional musical education and experience on stage. There is a certain balance, a line beyond which we do not go. In modern show business, where, unfortunately, all bets are made on aggressive sexuality, the attractiveness of a woman is lost. We do not follow this trend. We have something to say to our viewer, and nothing should distract him from the main thing - art!

- Why did you choose music?

I studied music from early childhood. The profession absorbs you completely, it is a kind of self-sacrifice, a deed without which everything loses its meaning. We have lived and continue to live in the name of music...

- If things don't go according to plan, what do you usually do?

When it comes to a concert, we are ready to do anything to ensure that the performance takes place on time and at a professional level. For example, on the America-Canada tour, our costumes flew to the other end of the country. I had to call dozens of organizations to return the luggage for the performance. There were also incidents on the stage. So, at a solo concert at the Barvikha Luxury Village in Moscow, my heel got stuck in the ventilation grid. Everything would be fine, but it was fixed with an ankle strap. By some miracle, I managed to remove the shoe without bending down and helping with my hands. And the costume was so long that I had to sing the last two songs on tiptoe so that none of the audience would notice (laughs. - Approx. Aut.).

- What is your way to get a man's attention?

Probably a look. It should be unexpected, associated with a special turn of the head, a gesture.

- How long have you been making music?

She has always been with me! After the music school and classes in the trio of academic choral singing "Orpheus" I continued to improve. She studied vocals at the Ufa School of Arts. She graduated from the Ufa State Academy of Economics and Service, but in the end she returned to music anyway. As a director, she shot her video, played in KVN, participated in various music competitions and festivals.

- The most romantic music in the world?

Faces song by one not very famous singer Lene Marlin. In 2006, I saw off my boy to work in America, at that moment the composition took my soul. I love her very much and listen to her when I feel sad or want to sit and remember the romantic moments of my life.

- How do you spend your free time?

Of course, I always dream about the sea, sand, sun, but this desire comes true only once a year. Looking for any opportunity to relax with family and friends. I love photography, I think I'm good at it.

- Can you imagine your life without music?

Let me share a little story. I've been making music all my life, from a very young age. And when it came time to choose a university, everyone unanimously told me: do not enter the musical. After all, this can be done in parallel, without higher education. As a result, I entered the Moscow State University. Lomonosov at the Faculty of Higher School of Translation. And what do you think? After 2 years, I was already standing in the exams at the Academy. Gnesins. Still, the music doesn't let go. I realized that without a musical education you are not a musician. And that I will definitely do this all my life. Music is with me 24/7: on stage, in headphones, in films.

- How did it happen that you got into the Turkish team?

My mom saw a casting ad on the Internet. She said, "Cool band - go." When that day came, I had a lot of school work to do. Therefore, to the mother’s question: “Well, are you going to the casting?” I didn’t even know what to answer, I forgot about him! I didn't have any backing tracks with me, nothing. In a hurry, I started downloading songs to my phone. Fortunately, I was not far from the place where everything happened, and in time. I had to go through several stages so that I was finally accepted into the group. And now, a month later, with the parts already learned, I was standing with the girls on stage!

What exactly does a man need to know about?

Men should never know how we, girls, become beautiful: how many times we go to the salon, what hair dye we use, how much effort and money we spend on it. Men should see us beautiful, not knowing how hard we achieve this.

What is the ideal woman like?

For me, this is a woman whose outer beauty coincides with the inner. The ideal woman always looks neat, well-groomed, smart, educated. It is not necessary to be a graduate of Oxford or Harvard, it is enough just to be intellectually developed, to be able to think and understand. Sensuality is one of the main forms of manifestation of femininity; self confidence; self respect.

Tatyana Bogdanchikova, 27 years old, Kiselevsk (Kemerovo region), Moscow State Pedagogical University, 3.5 years in the art group

Why did you choose this particular profession? Have you ever wanted to quit music and do something else?

I was born into a family of musicians and have been surrounded by such an atmosphere since childhood. However, at a transitional age, not listening to her mother, she decided to enter the Faculty of Economics and follow in her grandmother's footsteps as a financier. I studied well, but each time I felt that this profession was not for me. Therefore, in the third year of the university, I simultaneously entered a music school. It was very difficult to combine, many said that I could not cope, but if there is a goal, you do not see the obstacles. I graduated with honors from two schools.

- Why are you in SOPRANO? What did you have to overcome to get there?

I moved to Moscow and entered the Moscow State Pedagogical University for a correspondence course with a degree in vocal art. After living for two weeks in the capital in search of a job, I came across a casting ad in SOPRANO. I emailed my resume and got a call back! What can I say, the period of formation in the group was long and difficult, I had to catch up with the girls and learn a lot, no one gave concessions, I had to work non-stop. I remember that I went to every rehearsal like an exam, but the work was not in vain. And now I feel that in 3.5 years I have experienced real creative and personal growth. The work is not easy, but very interesting! I consider myself a happy person!

- Should a woman be strong?

Women have many social roles. In the profession, it is necessary to be a strong person, stress-resistant, and for a man - to give weakness, because the strength of a woman is in her tenderness.

- Is there a female friendship?

Exists! Of course, the older we get, the less we trust, so I think that the most devoted friends are university ones. However, in "adult" life there are people, including women, who become close to you in spirit.

Iveta, tell us when and how did you find out about the pregnancy?

That I was expecting a child, I did not immediately understand. I noticed that the bust has increased and I do not fit into my usual clothes! I did a test and the result was negative. Made the second - two strips. I went for an ultrasound, and it turned out that I was already in the fifth week! Immediately sent a text message to my husband, he was shocked!

Of course, you already know who will be born.

We are expecting a girl! We will educate the second shift at SOPRANO. ( Laughs.)

Did you come up with a name for the baby?

I'm due at the end of September, but the name hasn't been decided yet. The husband wants the baby to be called with the letter "E", since his name is Edgar. We went through, probably, already all the names starting with this letter, but we still haven’t finally decided. Emilia, Evelina, Era… I want at least one letter in my name, even offered to name Evet's daughter. The husband jokes: “It’s almost your name!” In general, when we see her, we will immediately feel that she will suit more.

How did the girls from "SOPRANO”And Mikhail Turetsky himself?

SOPRANO has long been not just a team, it is my second family, in which everyone supports each other. Everyone was happy for me, and now they are actively participating in my life. Sometimes it seems to me that we are all waiting for this child together. Here, of course, a lot depends on the producer. When I told Mikhail Borisovich Turetsky that I was expecting a child, he supported and congratulated me, said that he was happy for me. Unlike many, our maestro is always on the side of a woman and believes that everyone should experience the joy of motherhood, and then make a choice - to continue working or completely leave the profession.

And what choice will you make?

I am now in my ninth month of pregnancy and feel great. From the first day I had no toxicosis or other health problems. I plan to work to the limit and in a month and a half I will be back with my girls. We usually have 20 gigs a month, but so far I've only missed one.

Is the child's father against your decision?

No! Firstly, he knows about my passion for music and understands that for me to go on stage is as necessary as breathing. And secondly, we are not only a couple, but also colleagues in the shop. The question of whether to work or not to work is not discussed at all! Edgar is an artist, a violinist, like me. We both have strong temperaments. I just can't stay at home! In addition to rehearsals for 5-6 hours a day, I also swim in the pool and walk 10 kilometers. In addition, SOPRANO and I have global creative plans for the next six months: premieres of songs, videos, a big tour in the Far East, where we are always greeted with a bang! And for Muscovites, we are preparing a cool New Year's gift: for the first time we are giving a solo concert in the Kremlin. And for the first time on the stage of the Kremlin there will be seven Snow Maidens at once! (Laughs.) I definitely can’t miss this! In general, I am pregnant and ... mad! (Laughs.)

Anna Korolik, FOLK-SOPRANO (enters into a conversation): We confirm! To be honest, we are already worried that Iveta will give birth during the rehearsal. She doesn't miss a single one! And now we spend a lot of time in the studio: we are closely engaged in the creation of the author's album. One of our new songs, "Pilot Ivanov", is very light and cheerful, already in rotation, and on one radio station even in the hit parade. We will perform with her at the upcoming concert “Oh, walk around” at the Olimpiysky Sports Complex. This is not a new scene for us. Last year, we performed with author's songs at the Turetsky Choir concert in front of a huge audience of our common fans of 19,000 people, then at the Song of the Year 2014 festival. We have far-reaching plans. (Smiling.) At the end of autumn, another of our songs will appear on the radio - “Look how beautiful it is”, and by the New Year - my author's song “Reflection”. By the way, we recently finished filming the video.

The leader and creator of the Turetsky Choir art group, Honored Artist of Russia Mikhail Turetsky presents a new project, Soprano10*.
The new team consists of ten girls, each of whom has a unique voice, from the lowest - contralto, to the highest - coloratura soprano. "Soprano10" is an ensemble of soloists in which each girl is a unique individuality, but at the same time all the participants perfectly interact with each other in choral singing.
The team was founded by Mikhail Turetsky in 2009. His main goal was to create a female analogue of the "Turetsky Choir", which could perform any music without limiting itself to certain genres and styles. At the castings, which lasted several months, the highest demands were placed on the applicants. Firstly, they had to not only sing well, but master several vocal manners: for example, classical and jazz vocals, pop and folk, etc. Secondly, they must have a good musical education, read well from a sheet and quickly learn any new pieces. A requirement is knowledge of at least one foreign language. It is also desirable to be able to play a musical instrument. And finally, they must have a bright stage appearance. Mikhail Turetsky personally reviewed several hundred performers, and as a result, thirty girls were selected, of which only ten of the best remained. Traditionally, in female vocal groups there are 3-4 participants, but in this case the task was to create not a traditional, but a unique project - to show that even 10 soloists can perfectly coexist with each other, demonstrate the entire richest palette of female voices, and finally go beyond all existing formats.
The Soprano10 repertoire is based on the best female arias and romances, a huge layer of music from the Soviet period, Russian folk songs and, of course, the most beloved and famous examples of world classical and pop music. The main "know-how" of the collective is the processing, transformation of brilliant classical works into bright vocal versions, which no one has done so far, even the Turetsky Choir.
The first concert program "Magic of Love" included all areas of music and, of course, many musical surprises were prepared for the audience. The best choreographers of Moscow are engaged in staging dance numbers with the girls, the best stylists and costume designers work on their appearance.
Talented arrangers, session musicians, production directors and lighting designers are invited to cooperate.
As the artistic director of the group, Mikhail Turetsky, expects, the Soprano10 project will have a successful creative destiny and success both in Russia and abroad.
