Не так давно Алена Водонаева написала наделавшую много шума колонку для онлайн-издания. Телеведущая заявила, что не хочет иметь ничего общего с полными женщинами, которые не стремятся следить за собой. В статье Алены было написано, что ей не очень приятно находиться в одном помещении с теми, кто ведет малоподвижный образ жизни и много ест, предпочитая вредные и калорийные блюда всем остальным.

Материал Водонаевой, затронувшей резонансную тему, вызвал бурные общественные обсуждения. Пока одни девушки восхищались колонкой звезды, которая помогла им наконец-то заняться собой, другие, наоборот, нашли материал Алены слишком резким. Так, за полных людей заступилась балерина Анастасия Волочкова. «Даже если ваше тело пышных форм - вы прекрасны! Сохраняйте в сердце доброту! А когда некоторые говорят, что не войдут в море с толстыми людьми… Мне хочется сказать: «Так и сиди дома сама!..» – писала знаменитость в своем микроблоге.

В программе «Прямой эфир» решили обсудить колонку Алены. Женщина не побоялась принять участие в обсуждении своего материала и достойно отвечала на высказывания оппонентов.

«Для меня люди с лишним весом точно такая же проблема, как тяжелая наркозависимость. Вы можете долго возмущаться, но мне, например, неприятно смотреть на полную женщину на пляже, поедающую чебурек, и человека, который точно так же принимает свою дозу. Мы, женщины, обязаны за собой следить и контролировать свой вес, следить за своим здоровьем», – сказала ведущая.

В какой-то момент обсуждения стали слишком оживленными, и в студии программы произошел скандал – дизайнер Мария Погребняк поссорилась с моделью плюс-сайз Дилярой Лариной. Та всячески провоцировала стройную блондинку и Алену Водонаеву, не скупясь на слова. Во время одной из критических реплик Диляры, произнесенной на повышенных тонах, Мария не выдержала и встала со своего места. «Позор?.. Почему она меня оскорбляет?» – сказала расстроенная жена футболиста, покидая студию. Спустя какое-то время красавица успокоилась и снова присоединилась к дискуссии.

На громкую тему также высказалась балерина Анастасия Волочкова. В отличие от плюс-сайз модели, она не стала устраивать скандал и провоцировать общественность. В мягкой и тактичной форме артистка выразила несогласие с мнением Алены Водонаевой.

«Можно быть добрее в этом мире и попытаться подсказать. Я против того, чтобы это делать в резкой форме. Подсказать и сказать «Я не сяду на диван с толстым человеком» – это совсем разные вещи. Бывают такие дистрофики, что становится страшно. Разве в этом красота? Красота в человеческой душе. Есть столько женщин, которые, знаете, не страдают худобой, но они подтянуты. Главное – тонус мышц и тела», – поведала Анастасия.

Своей точкой зрения по поводу соблюдения стандартов красоты также поделилась юрист Катя Гордон. Женщина, которая недавно стала мамой во второй раз, отметила, что представительницам слабого пола нужно держать себя в форме.

«Месяц назад, когда я родила второго ребенка, у меня было два варианта – отправиться в клан «полненьких», что мой организм запросто бы сделал, или все-таки постараться. Конечно, путь к спортивной и стройной фигуре дольше и сложнее, и этом случае нужна дисциплина. Алена права. Она может быть резкой, но она говорит правильные вещи... Проще всего говорить, что мы хороши такими, какие мы есть, но это неправда», – сказала правозащитник.

Кроме Кати Гордон, гостями программы стали Алена Кравец, коуч Юлия Печерская, общественный деятель Евгений Тарло и многие другие. В финале телешоу Алена Водонаева отметила, что уход за собой не требует больших финансовых затрат. «Лишний вес – это плохо, здесь к гадалке не ходи. И вести здоровый образ жизни можно дешево», – отметила звезда ТВ.
